How to expand space for Apple Notes left and right.

Hello everyone, I am using Apple Notes on my Ipad for math and I was wondering how to expand the workspace so that I have more room to write. I know that it expands vertically but I cannot find a way to have more room left and right.

Thanks!

There isn’t a means to widen the Notes display.

Notes is intended for, well, simple notes.

Notes isn’t particularly well-suited for writing equations.

Here are some options I’ve used, though not for math equations…

Notability might interest: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/notability/id360593530

or maybe VoodooPad: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/voodoopad/id777792045

There are other choices.

There is probably an app or three specifically for equations, too.
