Can I use an iPhone as a home hub.

just light duty for linking a temp sensor

Why can't you use an iPhone as your Home Hub? It seems like an unreasonable requirement and I am aware that it used to be supported and that the operating system is basically the same as other mobile devices like iPads, which do support it. I make sure you get more money from me by not doing blatant money grabs.

You may --> Set up accessories with Home on iPhone - Apple Support (IN) and Add a HomeKit accessory to the Home app - Apple Support
