iPhone 11, go to, under general > about > your iPhone battery requires service. Two and half years in service. No damage or abuse. How is this possible?

iPhone 11 says “iPhone battery requires service”. No damage, 30 months old, 128 memory. How is this possible?

All batteries begin to die from the day they are created user handling can hurry the demise and slow it but not stop it
