When I take a photo, a green screen full of purple glitches go to the camera roll

As the title says. The problem comes back even if i restart the device. And no, it is not a tint, it is a literal green photo with glitches.

Your iPad may require service or repair. You would be best advised to seek assistance from the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to hands-on test and assess your iPad:
