iPhone 14 Pro Issues
Experiencing 2 different issues:
(1) Occasionally I’ll wake up and see my phone with zero service (when I usually have 5G) and my wifi will say it’s not connected to the internet. A quick restart resolves the issue, but why is that happening almost regularly?
(2) Ever since I upgraded to the 14 Pro I have had some issues with my carrier (Verizon). The most frustrating issue is that I cannot sent standard SMS messages to some group chats I was in before I upgraded. iMessage works fine and when I send a text to my work phone (Google Pixel) it works as well. But I can’t send any messages to some of the group chats I am in. Does anyone know why?
Steps I’ve taken: Ensured the messaging settings are correct. Been to Apple and completely reset the phone and started from scratch. Verizon switched the eSIM a week after I got it. Been through all of Verizon’s/Apple’s troubleshooting over the phone.
