apple watch

i've had my apple watch for almost 2 years now and it was connected to my old iphone 12 pro max then i broke it and had to get it replaced so now i have a new one and my apple watch isn't connected to this phone and i don't remember the password and the erase all content does not pop up when i hold down the crown
