MacBookPro will log off after a minute of inactivity

Once I stop using the keyboard for just a minute it will log off and I have to use my finger print to get back on

(Keyboard cleaning) How to prevent MacBook Pro from powering up by pressing any key? The Mac is shutting down and powering off, but newer Mac's include a feature that powers on when any key is pressed or the touch pad is touched. If you need to stop this behavior--to clean the keyboard, for example--you can force a shutdown once. Press and hold the left Control and Command buttons with the right Shift button for a total of 7 seconds. Without releasing them, press the Power button and hold them all together for an additional 7 seconds. Your Mac can only be powered on by using the Power button. Unfortunately, there is no way to disable this permanently.

Press any key boots up MacBook Pro After shutting off my MacBook Pro, if I press any key it will boot up the MacBook. Is this very frustrating when I want to clean the keyboard or to check if the MacBook is in sleep mode or shutoff. If want to check if it's shutoff, I can't just press a key to see if it the screen will light up because it will boot up. I was not able to find any setting to disable this. Is this part of the design? My previous MacBook did not behave like this. MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2019

What are the settings in Sys Prefs>Energy Saver & Sys Prefs>Security & Privacy>General?
