How not to transfer management profile

Company provides iPhone with management profile. I will be leaving said company and will be getting a personal iPhone. How do I NOT transfer MDM to new person iPhone? Thanks.

You will need to set up the new phone as a new device and start from scratch. The profile is embedded into the iCloud backup. You could potentially get around this by working directly with your company. They would need to unmanage the device, you would need to perform a new backup without the management, and then you could use the backup on the new device.
