How do you have different photos for your locked screen and home wallpaper? This new update is horrible

Before the most recent update I had different photos for my home screen and my locked screen. Now I have some blurred version of my locked screen photo as my Home Screen. It’s horrible. Can I change this and if so, how

The Photo is Blurred as a background on your Home Screen because it has been set that way. You can customize the Wallpaper again and press the Blur button to remove / add the blur effect. See the image below for reference:
