It’s indicated “Service” About Battery in the Parts and Service History section. What does that mean?
“Service” is the message appearing on my iPhone 7 Plus in About for “Parts and Service History” (Battery). What does that mean?

It is Time for a New Battery:
When you see this message, it is informing you that your battery has degraded, and that you need to get a new battery. Apple recommends you get a new battery once the Battery Health reached 80% or less.

Well, you don't service a battery, you replace it. Make sure that you get a genuine Apple battery installed, otherwise Battery Health will not work at all.
Only the Apple Stores and authorized Apple Service shops sell genuine batteries.

You are welcome.
