PayPal doesn't login on safari, tried in 10 different devices, iPad iPhone new MacBook

It doesn't matter whether there is new or old, the device doesn't matter. Using any other none apple browser it works. It is not my account I have used two different apple accounts.

I think it is apple trying to battle PayPal in favour of apple pay.

There is no other reason why a simple login doesn't work. image below shows an infinite loop and never logs in

please be honest and clarify.
