I can’t sign in to Apple Music

I can’t sign in to Apple Music I just get the wheel of death spinning but will not load. I am trying to get the three month free subscription for Apple Music but it just won’t load. I managed to activate the Apple News and Apple TV but Apple Music just won’t play . Any tips?
