Download the Correct Drivers:

See if there are any drivers for you to download and install. Once that is installed, restart your Mac. Go here, and have a chat with the manufacturer:

  1. Go to: Chat - JBL Support
  2. Enter: Info
  3. Proceed from there as necessary
