macbook wont connect to X
yesterday it would connect to X today it wont...i reloaded X...still wont connect

This is a user-to-user forum. It's unlikely that the X (Twitter) developers are reading it, and they're the ones who would need to identify and fix any bugs. If you pressed the "OK" button (to forward the crash dump to Apple) and your Mac was able to send the report, Apple will have forwarded it to the developers of that iPad app.
In my experience, pressing that button never results in a real person from Apple or the developer contacting you to find out more about the circumstances surrounding the crash, and how to reproduce it. The best you can hope for is that the third-party developer has received enough crash reports, with enough information, to let them replicate the bug, as the first step towards fixing it.
