iPhone Freezing Problem/ Restarting

Hello! I have been having trouble with my iPhone XS Max with the screen freezing and restarting. It does it every 5-10 minutes. Even when I'm not using my phone it will shut off and start again. I have done many hard resets, resets, and have shut it off, but it is still having the same issue.
