Why is loading my apps after restoring from iCloud taking so long?

If App's won't download...
Troubleshoot the iPhone's WiFi:
Try The Following the the Order Provided:
A. Restart the Router:
Power off your model/router for 30 seconds, and then power it back on. Give it a few minutes,a dn then try tis once wifi is back up.
B. Restarting the iPhone:
If any changes were made (i.e. Installed Apps), then Settings (i.e Wf-Fi), may have become manipulated technically. So, try restarting the iPhone:
C. Disable Cellular:
Try disabling Cellular, and using Wi-Fi instead, seeing if that makes all the difference. Cellular always overrules Wi-Fi.
D. Try manually restarting your iPhone:
