Upgrade from Monterey to Ventura? (Mac Mini 2018)

I currently have Monterey 12.0.1. Can I upgrade directly to Ventura 13.2? Or do I need to first update to Monterey 12.6.3 and THEN upgrade to Ventura?

Mac mini, macOS 10.13

You can upgrade directly to Ventura. Also see instructions in How to upgrade to macOS Ventura - Apple Support
