Since ipados 16 update my pinned websites get deleted every time I close safari. Need this fixed please otherwise pointless using safari. Any help would be much appreciated thanks. I see I am not the only one with this problem either. I also see at the bottom here it notes iPadOS 14. Mine is iPadOS 16.4.1

We understand that your pinned tabs are being removed when you close or quit Safari. If you haven't already, please restart your iPad to refresh running processes. If this continues, contact Apple Support to have them take a look into this behavior.
