iPad battery drain related to iCloud account-Find my-Bluetooth

I got my ipad pro in 2021, and the iPad is working properly.

While I first connected to my Airtag, I found iPad's battery drain rapidly.

After seval try, I think I the battery drain is bluetooth related. Let me show what experiment I have done.

  1. After my icloud account connected with Airtag, my ipad battery drains 1% every 2 hrs, "Find My" is the 100% user of "Battery usage by app".
  2. If I disconnected Airtag, the battery drains consistantly. The only change is "Find My" disappearred.
  3. If I restored my iPad from reset, the battery drains consistantly. No changes
  4. If I disabled background refresh, the battery drains consistantly.
  5. If I disabled wifi, the battery drains consistantly.
  6. If I disabled bluetooth, the iPad returned normal, battery drains back to 5% per day.
  7. If I signed out iCloud, signed in with another account, the battery drains 5%per day.

Obvisouly, the battery is Airtag related, iCloud account related, Bluetooth related.

I think the problem might happens if an iCloud account connected a Airtag, some settings changed, while a ipad signed with the account, keeps on find airtag by bluetooth.

The battery drains by "An iPad constantly connecting Airtag by bluetooth, no matter is connected or disconnected"

If we changed the state by change account, or disable bluetooth, the situation changed. The battery stop drains.

I think there might be some settings left on my iCloud account, even through my Airtag is connected.

Wish my story helps apple developer to indicates the problem, and resolves permantly.

Thanks

If any experiment should be done by me, just let me know, Thanks.
