Apple ID inactive

I have tried to reset password and even tried to sign out of my phone XR and abandon the iCloud it says inactive

I can’t even try to reset the password to activate it

and i just swapped my phone that day

could that be the cause??


apple please help

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Most of the people who answer questions on these boards are other customers, not Apple employees.
