Cannot connect to hotspot, but connection working with normal WiFi (macOS Monterey)

my understanding is that both hotspot and wifi will be treated as same network protocol, so code must be similar yet it's been more than a year i stuck with this issue, already upgraded to Monterey still same issue.

worst part after upgrade now Bluetooth teethering and usb tethering stopped working too.

i regret purchasing apple. may be it is not best OS for me. I wish apple read it.

as usual looking forward for community support. I have read almost all questions similar error tried all solutions re-start, reset pram, DHCP renew some other command of resetting wifi via command line. no success. I feel i have to say goodbye to internet forever, it's slow suicide. help.

You seem to have multiple problems, and they are probably all related. Hotspot connects via Wifi, but I believe it also requires Bluetooth, so Bluetooth not working would explain why you can't connect.
