Recovering Lost Notes:

If you have lost Notes, then here is what to try...

A. Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

B. iCloud in Settings: Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.

C. Report this as a Bug to Apple:

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Comment: that it is after installing an update, and on how you have troubleshot it, thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
3. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
4. Proceed from there aw necessary

I also lost my notes. I called Apple and they insisted it was not their problem and that I lost them because they were saved in yahoo, therefore it was a yahoo problem. I called yahoo and they said it happened with the latest version update (16.6.1) and it was an Apple problem. So, there you go. I’m screwed!

Did you recently delete any email accounts from your iPhone?

Do you have a backup of your iPhone on iCloud or on a Computer?
