double of the same user on apple tv

Hi community

I have the same user twice in my apps tv, and have checked their device and only have one house in their Home app.

How can I remove one of the double user?

Apple TV 4K (1st generation)

Fixed -

I have removed the second person from my Home app using the iPhone and have registered again and now only show one account from that person.

You can use the Support app on iPhone or iPad. I believe that defaults to chat-type support, if that is what you prefer.

I have checked but now is it only available by Call not by text message as before.
