Open programs stuck on left side of screen

I have an iMac running Ventura 13.4. I'm having a problem where all of my open apps are hidden off the screen on the left hand side. When I put my curser on the left side, they become visible (but small), but I am not able to open them. I can't drag them over to the screen, can't make them bigger, and can't right click on them. I'm assuming it's a setting, but I can't get to my Systems Settings because it too is stuck on the left side of the screen. I have tried rebooting, and forcing all of the apps to quit, but nothing helps. Does anyone know how to fix this? See screenshot below. Thank you!

You have Stage Manager enabled. You should be able to click on one of the thumbnails to open the corresponding app. You can disable Stage Manager from the Control Center in the Menu Bar or from System Settings > Desktop & Dock > Stage Manager.
