Apple Card Unavailable

I'm trying to add my new Apple Card to wallet on my iPhone 14 pro max, but It gives me an error message with "Apple Card Unavailable, Apple Pay services are currently unavailable. Please try again later." I haven't seen it in my wallet since I got this phone, ive had an apple credit card since may of 2022, im able to sign in on card.apple.com with the Apple ID on my phone and im able to see my balance and all that good stuff, ive talked to handfull of apple supervisors and nothing has worked so far, please help me im tired of going to the website to check my balance when it should show in my wallet.
