My Son, age 7, had 37 purchase items from Roblox. Among those purchases, 1 out 34 was approved for refund on 6/7/2023, the rest 3 was approved on 14/7/2023. His account was suspended for 180 days. Those purchase cost me $540 roughly. I really have no clue how to get the rest money back. Any ideas? Thanks to all helps.

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.
Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.
