mac email goes to junk

When I send email from .mac .me or .icloud, it goes to junk mail most of the time. Even when I send email to myself, they go to junk. How do I prevent this.

If iCloud Mail isn't working

If iCloud Mail isn't working - Apple Support


*If you use a non-iCloud SMTP server, don't use your iCloud email address as a "Send From" address. Otherwise, your email might not deliver or it might deliver to the recipient's Junk folder.
