Apple Music Sign-in | Windows 10 Laptop

I want to sign-in to Apple Music on my Asus laptop (OS Windows 10) but when I try to sign-in, the log-in screen opens but the area where you enter the email address appears for less than a second and disappears. There is no way to enter it to sign-in. Very frustrating! I use Microsoft Edge (latest version). My laptop is up to date with all known updates. Any suggestions why this won't work? I've signed in before, so I know at some point in the past it was fine.

Is this https://music.apple.com or the Apple Music app? If it is the app can you at least sign into the website as a short term workaround? Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Try clearing your cached data and cookies. I had a similar issue in Chrome recently across multiple browsers and initially assumed it was going to be a server side issue rather than the same caching issue across a number of computers and platforms.
