AirPods 3rd generation not connecting with iPhone 11

When we are trying to connect my Airpod 3rd generation with my iPhone 11 it's not recognising. Not even pairing with my phone. White blinks are appearing but under Bluetooth,airpod is not showing up. This issues started from yesterday.

Airpod is also showing green light and orange light. It's showing orange light when lid is closed and white when to try to pair.

But it's unable to recognise any of my Iphones.
