I accidentally "forgot" my Airport Extreme how can I re-add it?

I had a power outage and had to re-log into my Airport Extreme Base Station (Tower) in order to re-establish a connection with my USB Time Machine Backup disk...I accidentally "forgot" the Base Station and all that is showing in Airport Utility is my older Airport Extreme (flat one-in Bridge Mode) that is hardwired out of the newer Airport Extreme Base Station (Tower) in order to provide Wifi in another portion of my house.

How do I add the Tower Base Station back into the mix in Airport Utility?

Power off the AirPort that is "lost"

Restart your Mac

Power up the AirPort again

Is it still "lost"?
