How to reset Apple ID if you cannot answer the security questions
In my workplace we have an old iPod that is being used to pipe music around parts of our building.
The iPod has started to fail and as they are no longer manufactured by Apple, we want to move the iTune account to a Windows device.
Unfortunately the iTunes account was created by a member of staff that has left the company. We know the email that was used to create the account, and have been able to reset the password. However, we cannot access the account as it requires us to answer the security questions. We don't know the answers to the security questions as only the staff member that created the account knows them and didn't document them.
The problem is that we cannot reset the security questions, as in order to do so we are required to validate who we are, which ironically involves answering the security questions. So we are stuck in a loop.
Has anyone had this situation and how do you validate you are the account owner (in this case the business), so you can reset the security questions?
