I can prove ownership of my iPhone, how can I remove activation lock?

Good afternoon, dear apple support, my name is Denis, on December 28, 2022, I purchased the last iPhone 14 pro at that time, which I was very pleased with, unfortunately, grief happened to him recently, namely a fraudster, through provocative machinations forced me to log out of my apple ID account and log in to his, after as soon as I logged into the account of this scammer's apple ID, a minute later the password from his account was changed, this was done for blackmail and in order to force me to pay to get a new password from the scammer's apple ID, I immediately went to the police and wrote a statement, all the evidence that I am the owner of this iPhone I have: a receipt, a box and all accessories, I beg you for help, this iPhone has become more than just a phone for me, thank you

You can also contact Apple support for help, -> Get Support (apple.com)

You have to show proof of ownership of your product, provide all documentation showing your purchase of the device.

If you do not have additional proof of ownership, contact the reseller. They may be able to provide the original purchase document.

Once Apple receive your proof of ownership, Apple will further review your request and provide an update.
