BOOKS UNACCESSABLE

Forum Users,

The account associated with my books published on itunes and the email address were compromised by a malicious person and the contact information was changed in appleid and the email address. Apple Support suggested posting to the community forums the problem they said once the phone number has changed the account is unrecoverable.

-The email address is not accessible

-The apple ID is unrecoverable

-There are approximately 200 books published search A1-C1 or Jacob Eli Goodson that are not accessible.

The texts are all ISBN registered with Bowkers international and copyrighted. This post is a request for information on how to transfer the apple books account to my new apple id or recover account access for the original appleid.

Identification can be made with banking and tax information registered in the account which is much more secure than the phone number email method.
