Screen of MacBook Air won’t light-up
Screen won’t light-up , cap & charge light comes on boot up sounds but screen remains black? Chug light green.

Maybe the screen lighting is turned off. Try using the F2 key to increasing lighting. If that doesn’t work hold down the FN key (it’s the bottom left key) while pressing the F2 key. I hope that solves it. If not my next step would be plugging in an external display because I have one. If you have an external display and necessary cable that should be your next step. If not (or if that doesn’t work) the next step is contacting Apple Support or making an appointment at the genius bar.
