iCloud storage

I was trying to upgrade storage since I do not have enough GB to update my phone but when I was at Apple.com trying to purchase upgrade it’ll state “Your already an Apple Music Member” and the only option to press is okay. Where do I go from this point forward?

My apple music says its no longer linked and won't play icloud was full, I upgraded to 50gb but I'm having a problem. when I try to play some apple music it says my account is no longer linked.????

You can upgrade your stroage in settings, your name, manage account strorage. This is on your Apple devices.
