Seeking info about republishing updated guidebooks

Our 10-year-old company produces a series of interactive ebooks. They are cruising guides for sailors and powerboaters. We want to migrate them to Apple Books from our website and the servers which we control.

The guides are renewed each year, updated and expanded, and re-labelled "2021", "2022", etc. On our server we have no difficulty editing the ebooks daily, weekly or whenever, and publishing completely new versions every year.

Can anyone point me to a page or document which might explain the policies and process for applying ongoing updates or publishing yearly versions of our ebooks on Apple Books?
