Hello, I am trying to update an older Mac OS base system Catalina 10.15.7.

I am trying to update to at least a newer version that can support the excel app. App Store states that it needs at LEAST the OS 12 version. System updates also state my Mac has the latest version and will not search for updates? Are there any tricks to get an excel supporting version?
