I have the app “rayman classic”, and I can’t play it, please help

Go into settings for Rayman classic and turn off The sim card internet. You can not be on wifi while playing.

Hey, so I have this same issue, what worked for me was disconnecting my from phone from the internet before launching it.
this is happening because Ubisoft removed it from the store and I assume that as a result, the game cannot be verified as a legitimate App Store download anymore.
pretty frustrating issue as I paid money for this game and they just removed it for “unknown reasons”… yep, no explanation offered from what I can find.
anyways, I hope this helps.
