New 17.1 & 17.2 update wont let our company open up Fillable PDF in OneDrive

We go to click on our Fillable PDF forms in our shared OneDrive and we cant open some of them and some of them that we can open are no longer fillable pdf they are just black and white.

Viewing OneDrive in the Files App IPad MTJ62B/A Pro iPadOS 13.3 The Files App regularly exhibits 3 problems when using the OneDrive folders. When viewing folders, I regularly get "Content Unavailable, The folder contents could not be displayed because of an unknown error. 'Try Again' " When selecting 'Try Again' often, but not always the folders are refreshed. PDF cannot be read. The screen is filled with the 'Filename', ''PDF Document xxxKB" is displayed. Even sometimes when the PDF is visible, after swiping left to view the next PDF, when swiping right, it is no longer visible. The app crashes. Any thoughts on how to fix ?

Create/Combine PDF problem since updating to Ventura 13.2.1 Hi everyone, let me know if you are experiencing similar problems. Ever since I updated to Ventura 13.2.1, I have NOT been able to create or combine PDF's This issue is occurring on both my iMac and MacBook PRO.
