When the battery is successfully connected, the light on the power cable pulses, and Apple Vision Pro turns on. After about a minute, Apple Vision Pro makes a tone that means it's ready to use, and the light on the power cable will be solid.

Thanks for coming to Apple Communities, Jean-Louis Gassée.
Let's start off with the basics:
How long have you left it to start up after plugging the battery? It will tae a few minutes.
Is is brand new? It will take a while to boot up and then it will show something on the screen.
Has it been dropped or broken? It may not work properly if so.
Has it turned on before and been fine? If this issue is new, contact Apple Support if all of the above doesn't help.
Best of luck!
