AirPods Pro Paired to Vision Pro Quiet

I’m noticing that when I connect my AirPods Pro to my Vision Pro, the volume often ends up considerably quieter than its built-in speakers.

Not way-quiet, but quiet enough to be clearly not right. I’m guessing maybe 8dB quieter than the built-in speakers.

This, even though I’ve turned up all volume adjusters I can find.

In one case, I first noticed this while playing a YouTube video, and the volume went to normal volume (and stayed there) when I played a video from the AppleTV app. However, that didn’t help other times I’ve experienced this.

Does anybody know what might be causing this?
