iPad as Computer Replacement for Personal Work?

How many of you use your iPad as your only personal work device? By personal work device, I’m not referring to using your iPad for your corporate/company job but for hobbies/freelancing/pleasure/personal projects.

I’m in the situation where I’ll be receiving a company mandated laptop so i wont have use for a personal laptop. I feel the iPad is a good replacement so I want to see how other iPad users use their iPad for personal work. Some hobbies/personal projects I’m particularly interested in are video editing (youtube/short form videos/freelance videography), freelance copywriting, and personal planning.
