“Add more time” customized to other choice

Can I “add more time” in increments other than 15 minutes or an Hour ? My children has autism and accept therapy. I had to use iPad as a reward. It would be ideal if I can select 10 mins, not minimum 15 mins for “add more time”!

Is there a way to add or change the default "allow more time" screen time options so that I can add more time in increments other than 15 minutes, an hour, or all day?
