Issue with Apple Music on Android: Account Limit Reached After Changing Apple ID Email
Hello everyone,
I'm using an Android-based portable audio player that runs the Apple Music app. Everything was working fine until I changed the email associated with my Apple ID. After that, the app prompted me to sign in again. I logged out and used my new email to log in successfully. However, when I try to access my music library, I receive an error message saying, "Account Limit Reached."
It says that I've used too many Apple IDs on this device, but I've only ever had one Apple ID account—I just updated the email. Unfortunately, I can’t sign in with the previous email since I've already changed it.
I've already tried clearing the cache and data, as well as reinstalling the app, but none of these solutions have worked.
This issue doesn’t occur on any of my Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, or Mac); it's only happening on this Android player.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any advice on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated!
