Home app asks to go through setup steps every time I enter home

Every time I open the home app and enter my home I get the pop-up wizard asking me to setup Siri voice recognition and Intercom.

I go through the steps (not enabling anything) and the next time it pops back up again.

I am an admin of this home and all accessories work perfectly.

Also, the “owner” of the home receives constant notifications about setting me up as a user.

Please suggest a solution. I have already update my iPhone 12 to 17.6.1.
