Upload multiple files on apple classroom

Is there a way to upload multiple files when in Apple Classroom? The students send their files to me and it goes into the "inbox" - but I have to click on each one separately, share to OneDrive or wherever it is going and it takes AGES! When I have multiple classes, I don't have time to save each one individually before I have to end class (therefore losing all the files) and setting up for the new class.

There has GOT to be an easier way.

Sharing Pages documents in Word or PDF Before Ventura, I could easily share a Pages document to a friend with Word or PDF. Now I have to export it in the different format to my desktop, then choose it to e-mail the file. I'm not trying to collaborate, but share information. Is there an easier way in Ventura?

With StageManager open, how to trasnfer a file from an open folder in Finder into one of the open applications? If change to the application, the finder disappears, if I go back to Finder to get the files, the application disappears... With StageManager open, how to transfer a file from an open folder in Finder into one of the open applications (hidden by stagemanager)? If I change to the application, the finder disappears; if I go back to Finder to get the files, the application disappears... Copy and Paste doesn't work, I need to drag the files (PDFs) to the open application (Zotero).
