Affinity Photo icons only not Photos

Since updating to mac OS Sequoia - ALL of my Affinity Photo 2 Files no longer show up as Photographic thumbnails, instead, they show the Affinity Photo 2 icon. This means that instead of glancing down a list of photographic thumbnails to find a particular photo I have to individually click on each icon to open it up and see it that is the photo I was looking for. How can I see the thumbnails like I used to do before the update

Not only do I have the same problem but prior to them going away, it was happening to all my ADOBE files. Since I stopped using Adobe and transitioned to Affinity I didn't care. YET NOW, all my OLD Adobe Files are giving me the preview and Affinity has stopped showing me the preview.

What's with that?

Does Apple have a special Contract with Adobe to show their stuff and to hide everyone else's stuff now?
