Here is their reply, which I complied with and there was no change. I don’t know what to do about their comment about Vimeo:
”Hello Stephen,
It looks like you are on an iPad, is that correct? If so, there is another option within the Safari settings called "Request Desktop Website" make sure that option is turned off and try again. Please let me know if that still does not fix it. We utilize Vimeo as our video player and it has some stringent requirements when it comes to mobile devices.
