Apple Music keeps automatically launching on MacBook Pro (post-login)

To clarify, no, this is NOT a "login item". Apple Music launches on its own, unprompted by any action. It is most replicated when previewing YouTube videos. To replicate, open a browser, go to YouTube, and hover over any video's thumbnail (which will cause the video to begin playing in a miniature player in the list of videos). Doing so launches Apple Music on my 2024 MacBook Pro (M3).

I have seen this issue being posted about as early as 2022 in these discussions, yet no Apple-provided solution can be found. No app other than Apple Music behaves in this manner, and I have not enabled any settings allowing Apple Music to automatically launch under ANY conditions.

Please let me know what solutions are available aside from downloading "noTunes" from GitHub.
