Apple Watch failed to detect my fall

I sufferred a fall recently, and of course, I wore my Apple Watch at the time. However, it didn't do anything; adding insults to injury, my coworker ended up falling in the same neighborhood a week later.

Apple Watch is really good at noise detection, but it doesn't do anything for falling, which is especially dangerous, since no one saw me. I can only be "confirmed" that area is not after someone else had fall, that in itself is ridiculous.

Help!

Apple products, at least while I have been using, was able to bypass me and AI-self function. It had accidentally (upon direct sunshine) called emergency -911 without my involvement.

Having to clear up with the police and also telling my sup as well, I am well aware of its potential. (The police did call me back, and it was years ago.) Hence, ask Apple to dial tune its failing feature is not a stretch of imagination. It could help a lot of people...

Apple is hosting this right?!

Beside, if I post this on Apple feedback, would it hide this issue?

Why not bring it out in the open so others can be warned. I originally bought my Apple Watch as a present, so if the original intender user of Apple Watch had used this, it would have been a worst scenario.

In either case, I can safely say, I am never not good enough to your standard, and I have no intention of meeting your standards. (thanks but no thanks.) So it is my fault that I fell? And I have to do something to improve upon Falling feature, excuse me?!
